Rizosotono (Houston) is the capital of Naraka because it is the largest city in the realm, although King Sotosoroto isn't living there any more.

The major internal divisions of Naraka are the Duchies of Vasinotono, Karasareto, and Tekasara.

Marquise Kesarini has been appointed the National Minister of Bathysphere Transportation. It is her job to standardize all transportation of bathyspheres in the Kingdom. She said that this job would be the "fast track to success for a powermonger" such as her.

Marquise Zana has agreed to taste any foods offered to the King, whether it be rat poison or fried chihuahua. Of course, she was hoping for dark chocolate when she said this, but we can't always get what we want, now can we?

Sir Nikori is the first Knight of Naraka. She wanted to wear chain-mail, so she needed to become a knight first so no one would look at her strangely. She tried to save the King's life on several occasions, but the King was never in any real danger.

King Sotosoroto has hired a pair of mercenaries to sack The Kingdom of Talossa, which is a country that has also formed from territory claimed by the United States. It is only nineteen years old and has already degraded into a constitutional monarchy. His Royal Majesty will not tolerate such inferior kings. Sotosoroto has doubts about the mercenaries' abilities, however. They do not appear competent enough even to sack groceries.

Since Naraka is a relatively new kingdom, it has only the smallest hint of a government. There are a few written laws, but they are written in English as well. Naraka's first vote was on the question of a National Anthem. One song in particular won hands down (if only because the King offered no other choices). Our second vote was on the question of a National Sport. The idea was brought up by Marquise Kesarini, but her choice didn't win the election. Inline Skating, which was nominated by Marquise Sivo, is now our National Sport (and the King hasn't even tried it yet!). Naraka has also voted on a National Food. Tortilla Chips and Salsa are loved by slightly more than half of the Narakan nobility.

Naraka is bordered on all sides by the United States of America. Naraka, however, does have two large, sheltered ports at either end of its territory. So don't worry about Narakans not being able to trade with other countries.

Currently, no border tariffs are being imposed, but the King is working on plans for that.
